Exchange & Return Policy
Milly & Me Pet Wear value you as our customer and we want you to be 100% satisfied.
If for any reasons you would like to exchange a purchase, we will happily do so.
We offer exchanges and credit notes within 21 days from the items original delivery. We will post your exchanged item(s) back to you at no cost.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and policy;
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items for exchange or credit note must have tags attached, be returned in the original packaging and must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Items must be returned within 21 days of product delivery, returned packages must be postmarked within 21 days of delivery. Items received outside of these time frames will be provided with a store credit voucher to the value of the product, less return postage costs.
- Dog treats and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- Milly and Me Pet Wear will not be responsible for returns that do not meet our returns criteria
- Items that are damaged as a result of chewing, biting, wear and tear or rough play
Refunds
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR SALE ITEMS. We do not refund if a item does not fit your pet but will happily exchange for a different size or different item.
To initiate an exchange , please complete the following steps;
1. Email us at millyandmepetwear@gmail.com to advise which products you would like to return to exchange or credit note.
2. We will provide you with the address for you to return.
3. Send all the items back to us
4. Once we receive your return, we will process your return within 3 business days.
What happens if the product is faulty?
Milly and Me Pet Wear want you to be 100% satisfied with your order and offer a 30 day warranty for all dog accessories (excludes excessive wear and tear or rough play).
If you find that your product is faulty please contact our customer service team and we will be more than happy to discuss the next steps for you.
